As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic together, Hotel NIA has evolved operations to provide the utmost of sanitation and health safety. In accordance with guidelines provided by the CDC, we constructed an operation plan that takes into account the complete guest experience from before you arrive until you head back home. Some of our services and amenities have changed. We want you to know what to expect before your next visit. 


San Mateo County health orders, effective as of yesterday, require the closure of gyms/fitness centers.  Hotel Nia implemented a modified operation plan accordingly, to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.  Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Early Check-In is Prohibited Regardless of Circumstances or Bonvoy Elite Status. Check-In Time is 3:00 PM.
Access to Swimming Pool or Other Hotel Amenities Prohibited Until Check-In Time at 3:00 PM.

Very Limited Number of Self-Parking Spaces Available for Hotel Guests at $20 Overnight. Parking is First-Come, First-Served.
Overflow Self-Parking is Available for a Fee in the Public Garage Next Door. Prevailing Rates Will Apply.  Garage is Not Affiliated with Hotel Nia.
Very Limited Self-Parking is Also Available On The Streets Surrounding The Hotel.

Before Guest Arrival, Room Is Cleaned and Sanitized, Then Kept Vacant Minimum 48 Hours.
Sanitizing Wipes Are Provided in Every Guest Room.
Housekeeping Will Not Be Provided, Exceptions Upon Request Only For Guests Staying Minimum 3 Nights.
All Non-Essential Items Have Been Removed From Guest Room (Coffee Maker, Bathrobe, etc.).  Some Of These Items Are Available Upon Request To Be Picked Up At Guest Reception.
Associates Are Prohibited From Conducting Guest Room Deliveries.

All Food and Beverage Outlets are Temporarily Closed.
